It is our passion to live happy, fulfilled, balanced, and awake lives. It is our pleasure to share what we know and what we are learning. Our orientation is to live all aspects of our lives fully with awareness.

Scientific research has shown that meditation promotes our health, relaxation and physical well-being.  It is an antidote to stress and anxiety.  People from all walks of life meditate.

Our next Learn to Meditate Course is starting on Wednesday 30th May, 7.30 pm to 9.00 pm.  It runs for five Wednesday evenings. Come and experience the many benefits of meditation.  Learn how to free yourself from racing thoughts.  Enjoy being in the present moment.  Experience more positive feelings like joy, peace, love and connection.  Learn simple practical ways to meditate in a friendly group setting.

If you are wanting to deepen and sustain or restart your meditation practice, our Tuesday Night Meditation Class is a good place to do this, email us or phone if you are interested in attending.
