In this rapidly changing world, we see more than ever the practices of meditation, grounding and mindfulness as great tools in helping us manage our ourselves and the world around us. They can provide us with balance, clarity and ease.
We wish to support people in these practices as much as we can. For this purpose what we have to offer in Wellington is:
- Meditation Evenings (in-person)
- Zoom Meditations
- Year-long Retreat Group
We have over 40 years experience in meditation and mindfulness and have been teaching these skills for past 30 years. Jenny has also been a counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor for over 35 years.
MEDITATION EVENINGS

The TUESDAY MEDITATION EVENING is designed to support you in your meditation practice no matter whether you are a beginner or have been meditating for a while. A range of meditations are practiced.
We hold classes both in person and on zoom by doing alternate weeks of in person meditation and then an online meditation.
We send out an email each week so you know whether the meditation session is in person or online.
The in person meditation runs from 7.45 pm to 9.00 pm in Kelburn, and the online meditation runs from 8.00 pm to 9.00 pm, will be held on Zoom.
There is no charge for the meditation sessions and donations are welcome.
Email us if you would like to attend and we can send you the weekly email advising if meditation is in person or online. You are most welcome to join us.
WELLBEING RETEAT GROUP 2026
The Wellbeings Retreat Group group provides an opportunity for participants to deepen their spiritual connection and growth through meditation, inquiry, and creative media.
This supportive group explores a different topic each month and it helps people connect to their inherent nature, and experience qualities such as, peace, equanimity, inner strength, spaciousness, joy, love, compassion and freedom.
The group will meet for ten Saturdays in the year, 9.30 am to 4.30 pm. The dates for 2026 are: 14th February, 14th March, 11th April, 16th May, 13th June, 18th July, 15th August, 12th September, 10th October, 7th November.
