In this rapidly changing world, we see that the practices of meditation, grounding and mindfulness are important in helping us manage our ourselves and the world around us. They can provide us with balance, clarity and ease.
We wish to support people in these practices as much as we can. For this purpose what we have to offer in Wellington is:

We have over 35 years experience in meditation and mindfulness and have been teaching these skills for past 25 years. Jenny has been a counsellor and supervisor for over 35 years.
Our next Mindfulness and Grounding Course is starting on the 3rd November. It runs for 5 weeks on Wednesday nights 7.30 to 9.00 pm.
At times like these Mindfulness and Grounding helps us turn off the stress response and turn on the relaxation response which can be deeply restoring and healing.
We are planning to run this programme in person but, we may have to migrate to zoom because of the covid situation.

The TUESDAY MEDITATION CLASS is designed to support you in your meditation practice no matter whether you are a beginner or have been meditating for a while. A range of meditations are practiced.
At present this class is being held online 8.00 pm to 9.00 pm and there is no cost for the online class. Email us if you would like to attend. You are most welcome join us.

The WELLBEING RETREAT GROUP is now full for 2021. The group runs for 10 Saturdays in the year and is for people wanting to promote and deepen their spiritual growth. It provides the support necessary for people to do their inner work.
It helps people to connect to their inherent nature and experience qualities such as peace, equanimity, inner strength, spaciousness, joy, love, compassion and freedom more easily.
