Kia ora and greetings.
It is our passion to live happy, fulfilled, balanced, and awake lives. It is our pleasure to share what we know and what we are learning. Our orientation is to live all aspects of our lives fully with awareness.
What we offer in Wellington is:
• Meditation, Mindfulness, Grounding Courses & Classes
• Counselling and Psychotherapy
• Mentoring and Supervision
What we teach comes from what we have been taught, our own experience, and from what we have consistently practiced over the last 30 yrs.
We are taking expressions of interest for our 2018 Wellbeings Retreat Group. The group is for people wanting to promote and support their spiritual growth at a deeper level. It helps people wanting to live a free and authentic life. It provides the support necessary for people to do the inner work. It involves specific meditations, a process of inquiry, physical movement and creative media. It meets for one Saturday day a month from February to November. There are limited places. “It is my pleasure to recommend George’s courses to anyone considering a journey into meditation and mindfulness. Drawing on George’s immense experience and wisdom in teaching meditation, I now feel equipped with a range of meditation practices and practical techniques. I feel better able to cope with stress, enjoy a more restful sleep and overall a more balanced lifestyle.” Alethea, Wellington
