Kia ora and greetings.

In this rapidly changing world, we see more than ever the practices of meditation, grounding and mindfulness as great tools in helping us manage our ourselves and the world around us.  They can provide us with balance, clarity and ease.

We wish to support people in these practices as much as we can. For this purpose what we have to offer in Wellington is:

Meditation Classes
Counselling and Supervision
Mindfulness & Grounding Course
Year-long Retreat Group

We have over 35 years experience in meditation and mindfulness and have been teaching these skills for past 30 years. Jenny has been a counsellor and supervisor for over 35 years.

  Mindfulness and Grounding are important tools in helping us manage the difficult situations and strong emotions we maybe facing . They help us turn off the stress response and turn on the relaxation response.

We become less reactive and more able to face what we have to face with balance, ease and clarity.  

The courses run for 5 weeks on Wednesday nights 7.30 to 9.00 pm. We will post the dates for the 2022  Mindfulness and Grounding Courses here in late January 2022

Due to the covid situation and the need to keep all participants in the group safe, we are limiting the numbers in the groups to 8, and, we require all people attending the group to be double vaccinated.


Tuesday Meditation a5d 2018

The TUESDAY MEDITATION CLASS is designed to support you in your meditation practice no matter whether you are a beginner or have been meditating for a while. A range of meditations are practiced.

At present this class is being held online 8.00 pm to 9.00 pm and there is no cost for the online class. The last session for 2021 will be 21st December. We will resume again on the 25th January 2022.

Wellbeings Retreat Group

There are a couple of places available on our 2022 WELLBEING RETREAT GROUP

The group runs for 10 Saturdays in the year and is for people wanting to promote and deepen their spiritual growth.  It provides the support necessary for people to do their inner work.

It helps people to connect to their inherent nature, and experience qualities such as, peace, equanimity, inner strength, spaciousness, joy, love, compassion and freedom. 

Due to the covid situation and the need to keep all participants in the group safe, we require all people attending the group to be double vaccinated.
