In this rapidly changing world, we see that the practices of meditation, grounding and mindfulness are important in helping us manage our ourselves and the world around us. They can provide us with balance, clarity and ease.
We wish to support people in these practices as much as we can. For this purpose what we have to offer in Wellington is:

We are now happy to say that our classes and programmes are getting back to pre Covid-19 levels.
We have over 35 years experience in meditation and mindfulness and have been teaching these skills for past 25 years. Jenny has been a counsellor and supervisor for over 35 years.
TUESDAY MEDITATION CLASS. Our Tuesday Meditation Class resumes from Tuesday 7th July. It is designed to support you in your meditation practice no matter how long you have been meditating. A range of meditations are practiced. You are most welcome to attend.
The time is Tuesdays 7.45 pm to 9.00 pm. There is a small charge of $12 for this class.

The next GROUNDING & MINDFULNESS COURSE starts on the 5th August. It runs for 5 weeks on Wednesday nights 7.30 to 9.00 pm.
It is a great introduction to Mindfulness and Grounding and the many benefits these techniques can bring. It helps with dealing with stress and also help us enjoy and live our lives more fully.

WELLBEING & BEYOND GROUP. This monthly group is for people wanting to promote and develop their spiritual growth at a deeper level. It provides the support necessary for people to do their inner work.
It helps people to connect to their inherent nature and experience qualities such as equanimity, inner strength, spaciousness, joy, love, compassion and freedom more easily.
