Kia ora and greetings.

In this rapidly changing world, we see that the practices of meditation, grounding and mindfulness are important in helping us manage our ourselves and the world around us.  They can provide us with balance, clarity and ease.

We wish to support people in these practices as much as we can. For this purpose what we have to offer in Wellington is:

Meditation Classes
Counselling and Supervision
Mindfulness & Grounding Course
Year-long Retreat Group

We have over 35 years experience in meditation and mindfulness and have been teaching these skills for past 25 years. Jenny has been a counsellor and supervisor for over 35 years.

Water bubble and waves

From time to time we run Mindfulness and Grounding Courses. They usually runs for 5 weeks on Wednesday nights 7.30 to 9.00 pm.

It is  a great introduction to Mindfulness and Grounding and the many benefits these techniques can bring.  It helps with managing stress and also help us enjoy and live our lives more fully.  Send us an email if you wish to know when the next course is. Email gpackard626@gmail.com 

 

The TUESDAY MEDITATION CLASS is designed to support you in your meditation practice no matter whether you are a beginner or have been meditating for a while. A range of meditations are practiced. You are most welcome to attend.

The WELLBEING RETREAT GROUP is now full for 2021. The group runs for 10 Saturdays in the year and is for people wanting to promote and deepen their spiritual growth.  It provides the support necessary for people to do their inner work.

It helps people to connect to their inherent nature and experience qualities such as peace, equanimity, inner strength, spaciousness, joy, love, compassion and freedom more easily.
