Kia ora and greetings.

We are in the process of revising our courses and what we offer in relation to the circumstances we are facing with Covid-19.  We will keep this page as current as we can.

We see that the practices and skills of meditation grounding and mindfulness are as important as ever in managing our responses to what is happening around us, and we want to support people in these practices as much as we can.

We have over 35 years experience in meditation and mindfulness and have been teaching these skills for the past 25 years. 

RESOURCES AVAILABLE NOW.  Here is a link to the “Grounding Meditation” by Ken Mellor.  Ken was one of our primary meditation teacher, and this track is very helpful to play to help us stay grounded, manage strong feelings. FREE WEEKLY ONLINE MEDITATION CLASS. We have cancelled the “in person” Tuesday Meditation Class and from the Tuesday 31st March we will be holding the class online using zoom. It is designed to support you in your meditation practice no matter how long you have been meditating. You are most welcome to attend.

The time is Tuesdays 8.00 pm to 9.00 pm.  There is no fee for this class.

COUNSELLING & SUPERVISION. Jenny is now only seeing clients and supervisees online, either on Skype, or zoom. You will need to email her to make these arrangements with her. Email: jpackardraroa@gmail.com

GROUNDING & MINDFULNESS COURSES. The current Grounding & Mindfulness Course is migrating to zoom and each participant will get an invite to attend the Wednesday night classes 7.30 to 9.00 pm.

We are in the process of planning the next Grounding & Mindfulness Course, which will be held online. These courses are a great place to learn the skills of Mindfulness and experience the benefits this practice can bring especially in these very testing times. We will give details of these as soon as we have the details.

WELLBEING & BEYOND GROUP. Our Wellbeings and Beyond Group will be migrating to an online format (zoom) using the dates we have for this year.  We will return to meeting in person once “the coast is clear”.  This monthly group is for people wanting to promote and develop their spirituaul growth at a deeper level.  It provides the support necessary for people to do their inner work.

It helps people to connect to their inherent nature and experience qualities such as equanimity, inner strength, spaciousness, joy, love, compassion and freedom more easily.
