George & Jenny have over 30 years experience in meditation and mindfulness and have been teaching these skills for the past 20 years. It is our passion to live happy, fulfilled, balanced, and awake lives. It is our pleasure to share what we know and what we are learning.

The next Grounding & Mindfulness Course starts the 11th March 2020 and runs for 5 Wednesday evenings 7.30 to 9.00 pm. It is a great place to learn the skills of Mindfulness and experience the benefits this practice can bring. The cost is $150 for the 5 classes.

Our Tuesday Meditation Class runs every Tuesday evenings. The last meditation evening for 2019 is the 3rd December and we will restart on the 21st January 2020. The class is suitable for beginners and people who are experienced meditators, you are most welcome. Give us a ring or email before the first time you wish to attend.
We are happy to announce that we will running our Wellbeings and Beyond Group again in 2020 and we have a limited number of spaces available. This monthly group is for people wanting to promote and develop their spiritual growth at a deeper level. It provides the support necessary for people to do their inner work.
It helps people to connect to their inherent nature and experience qualities such as equanimity, inner strength, spaciousness, joy, love, compassion and freedom more easily.
