In this rapidly changing world, we see that the practices of meditation, grounding and mindfulness are important in helping us manage our ourselves and the world around us. They can provide us with balance, clarity and ease.
We wish to support people in these practices as much as we can. For this purpose what we have to offer in Wellington is:

We have over 35 years experience in meditation and mindfulness and have been teaching these skills for past 25 years. Jenny has been a counsellor and supervisor for over 35 years.
WELLBEING RETREAT GROUP. We are happy to announce that we intend to run our Wellbeings Retreat Group again in 2021 and we have a number of places available.
The group runs for 10 Saturdays in the year and is for people wanting to promote and deepen their spiritual growth. It provides the support necessary for people to do their inner work.
It helps people to connect to their inherent nature and experience qualities such as peace, equanimity, inner strength, spaciousness, joy, love, compassion and freedom more easily.
Retreat dates for 2021 are: 13 February, 20 March, 17 April, 15 May, 19 June, 17 July, 14 August, 18 September, 16 October, 13 November.

TUESDAY MEDITATION CLASS. Our Tuesday Meditation Class is now back “live”. It is designed to support you in your meditation practice no matter how long you have been meditating. A range of meditations are practiced. You are most welcome to attend.
The time is Tuesdays 7.45pm to 9.00 pm. The address is 69 Raroa Rd Kelburn Wellington. The last class for 2020 is on Tuesday 22nd December. It will resume on the 26th January 2021.

The next GROUNDING & MINDFULNESS COURSE will be in March/April 2021. It runs for 5 weeks on Wednesday nights 7.30 to 9.00 pm.
It is a great introduction to Mindfulness and Grounding and the many benefits these techniques can bring. It helps with dealing with stress and also help us enjoy and live our lives more fully.
